Nancy Jane's Jewelry is unique, hand-crafted, one of a kind jewelry. The company is operated solely by me, Nancy Bryant. I am the designer and manufacturer of each piece. I maintain nancyjanesjewelry.com also, contributing all photos, text, emails and order processing and shipping. It is my ultimate goal that you truly love your new jewelry.
Purchasing:
I accept credit cards made with Paypal. Although it is not necessary for you to have a Paypal account to use my site.
Shipping Schedule: Generally all in-stock itmes will ship within 1-3 business days via USPS First Class or Priority w/ Delivery Confirmation. If you choose to add insurance to your order there will be an additional fee. If you need your item sooner, email me and I can overnight it to you for an additional fee.
Custom Jewelry: I am happy to help you create any piece of jewelry you desire. Custom orders are welcome and each one will be priced based on materials (gemstones,clasp,pendants) and labor. Please contact Nancy or call with your ideas and I will do my best to help you design exactly what you want. A 50% deposit is required for all custom orders. Also, if you like a particular piece , but would prefer a different length, I will do my best to accommodate you.
Repairs: I take serious pride in the quality of the materials I use and the craftsmanship in my work. However, cleaning and repairs are sometimes necessary. Should your jewelry ever require repair, I will gladly repair it at a minor cost. You will only be charged for the shipping and a nominal fee, if any, upon inspection of the piece for materials. Please contact me to arrange for a repair.
